What we would like all readers to realize is that these comparisons are only photographic representations of martial strategies. All arts are based on training foundations, and need the necessary attributes such as timing, speed, and power to make them effective. Photographs freeze time, so they cannot represent the speed with which these techniques were performed. Nevertheless, this format presents an unprecedented look at cultural, genetic and geographic influences which have resulted in a martial art. The only conclusion we can reach is there is no one art which is superior to all others. There are only superior practitioners.
