Paperback. By Dr. Leung Ting. "The Secrets Manuscripts of the "Great Five" Buddhist Chi-Kung" is one of the valuable manuscripts collected over 22 years by the author. From this manuscript I can ssume that the writer was a man called Shing Lung who might be a Buddhist Monk or just a Buddhist devotee who lived in a monastery called "Ice-Well Monastery". I sounds like the old man Shing Lung wrote this manuscript specially for his two "kungfu nephews" or "nephews": in the Buddhist religion, Monk Lap In and Monk Wun In. In this book, I have also translated some of the texts which are in "poetry-type" with rhymes. The most difficult job I have faced is that I have to keep the original meaning but make them more or less sound like "songs".
