TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Participation in the GIRI Club Membership (GIRI Club) is permitted by the individual whose name and unique membership number appears on the GIRI Club Card (Club Card). This card is issued subject to the participant completing a GIRI Club Membership Application and paying the Membership Fee. GIRI Club members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they have read these Terms & Conditions, before becoming Members.
- Participation is restricted to individuals, and is not open to companies, businesses, clubs or associations. Upon acceptance of an application by GIRI Martial Arts Supplies (GIRI), the successful applicant will receive a membership card (allow 7-10 working days). The card must be presented to obtain any benefits, privileges, offers and services available to Members, from time to time.
- All benefits of the GIRI Club are available only to the individual Member specified on the Card and are not transferable.
- The GIRI Club Membership Card is not a credit card. It remains the property of GIRI and must be returned upon demand.
- The benefits, privileges, offers and services available to Members cannot be taken in cash and can only be taken in the forms stipulated by GIRI. GIRI may in its complete discretion decide the nature of such benefits, privileges, offers and services from time to time.
- A GIRI Club Member will immediately notify GIRI if their Club Card is lost or stolen. GIRI will endeavor to issue a replacement card within 7-10 working days. The Member hereby agrees to pay a replacement fee of $5.
- GIRI gives no warranties and makes no representations beyond those made in these Terms and Conditions and disclaims all liability to Members who suffer loss or damage to property, or accident or death whilst involvement with any GIRI Club benefit, privilege, offer or special service. Participants in the GIRI Club acknowledge that GIRI Martial Arts Supplies is not in any way liable for any event or series of events which may take place once a Member participates in any benefit, privilege, offer or special service.
- GIRI will use its reasonable endeavors to provide benefits, privileges, offers and special services, notices and other relevant material to Members from time to time, but GIRI will not be liable for failure to do so. GIRI will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the post.
- GIRI reserves the right to terminate the GIRI Club and to cancel benefits, privileges, offers and/or services provided at its discretion.
- Members shall promptly advise GIRI of any changes to their name or address or any other relevant details.
- Application for membership is deemed to be consent by the Members to receive literature and advertising and promotional material from GIRI Martial Arts Supplies.
- GIRI reserves the right to amend these rules and conditions at its absolute discretion.
- The GIRI Club Membership is operated by GIRI Martial Arts Supplies ABN 55 518 718 148.
- GIRI Club Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or reward card/program.
We respect the privacy of our Customers and at no time we will give out a Customer’s details to a third party, unless we are authorised to do so.
Use of our discount price means acceptance of the GIRI Club Terms & Conditions.
