Jo 50″ x 25mm Red Oak

Many martial arts styles will love training with this Jo Staff.  The weight gives you a great workout, especially when training spinning drills.  This jo staff is a traditional and practical tool to practice and even spar with.   Made from quality red oak wood and the same 25mm thickness throughout the length of the staff.  They are a tough weapon and will take some impact for partner work and drills however please be aware however that wood is not indestructible.  Wood can break so a real thumping could end up with a broken stick.  Be careful with your jo and it should last you for some time.  Any damage incurred through misuse of this item is the sole responsibility of the customer and will invalidate its warranty and returns policy.
