Steve DeMasco has been a student of the martial arts since 1971 and has trained with some of the most famous Chinese grandmasters in the world studying Shaolin arts such as the northern mantis and black tiger sytems.

Since 1997 he has journeyed to China each year to train with the senior monks of the famous Shaolin Temple. This 10th degree black belt in Shaolin kempo also serves as the U.S cultural ambassador for Shaolin martial arts in China an honor bestowed on him by Shi Young Xin abbot of the Shaolin Temple.

DeMasco has also been honoured domestically with the National Education Hero’s Award by President Bill Clinton and the former US Secretary of Education Richard W. Riley as well as the Director’s Award from former US FBI Director Louis French.

For the first time on video DeMasco demonstrates the authentic art of Shaolin chuan fa. Each volume in this DVD presentation includes Shaolin self defense techniques known only to the top disciples of the Shaolin Temple and only a few top masters in the United States.
