However the reader should understand that in order to master the sword he should first study and master the saber. In addition he will need a qualified master to guide him in the sword techniques. Although this book has introduced both fundamental and advanced techniques it would be extremely hard for any martial artist to learn them just from this book. However if a person has learned similar sword techniques from another northern style he will be able to grasp most of the key points in this book.
